For our Foreclosed homes, we work directly with The Bank & Realtors to guide them through the Construction process using our Abaca Contract Forms , starting from the tear out & Demo until the end , when the final pictures are being taken to list the home back on the market in its reformed state. We abide by the 30 Day turn around when acting as the Full General Contractor on our Foreclosed Homes, and maintain a very efficient schedule for our Banks & Realtors.
